What you'll do

• Research and identify potential target customers

• Reach out via phone, email, or LinkedIn to generate leads

• Schedule meetings and appointments for our clients, supporting the sales team

• Develop smart sales strategies together with the team

• Join client calls and get hands-on experience in modern B2B sales

No prior experience needed. We'll teach you everything.

What you bring

• Currently enrolled at a university or college

• Fluent in German (additional languages a plus)

• Self-driven, motivated, and eager to learn

• Interest in sales, marketing, or simply how businesses grow

The details

• Hours: 15–20 hours/week, Mon–Fri

• Pay: €17–22/hour + bonus

• Start: October 1, 2026
